Wings of Hope: IXIM at the Glasswing Gala

This October, Instituto Xilonen (IX) had the honor of joining Glasswing International’s Annual Gala, an evening dedicated to healing, resilience, and the power of collective transformation. Representing IX was our Founder, Mayra Hernández, part of this year’s Gala Host Committee, along with members of the IX Team, friends, and visionaries who gathered to celebrate a shared commitment to meaningful change.

Through Instituto Xilonen, we were proud to support Glasswing International’s mission to strengthen communities through mental health, education, and wellbeing, bringing an energetic and consciousness dimension that highlights the inner harmony behind collective progress.
This year’s Gala honored Donna Karan, visionary designer, humanitarian, and IX Crystal Keeper; alongside Televisa Univision, for their extraordinary contributions to wellbeing and social impact. Their recognition beautifully echoed the evening’s spirit of unity, creativity, and service.

For the occasion, IX presented “Wings of Hope,” a luminous Citrine Crystal installation inspired by the butterfly effect and the belief that small acts of hope can ripple outward to create lasting impact. The radiant wings opened like arms ready to receive and give, inviting guests to pause, connect, and take a photo as a symbolic act of remembrance.

The Citrine Crystal, known for its qualities of light, abundance, creativity, and renewal, infused the evening with warmth and upliftment, amplifying the collective vibration of joy, purpose, and connection. It reflected IX’s belief that mental health and consciousness are intertwined: one nurtures emotional balance, the other expands awareness and compassion.
We are deeply grateful to have served as a channel of hope and energy within this movement and to honor the leadership of Celina de Sola and the Glasswing team. IX looks forward to continuing to support Glasswing’s inspiring work, nourishing consciousness wherever it blooms.

Guatemala Mercado Global 2025
A Journey of Connection and Conscious Expansion in Guatemala
This summer, Instituto Xilonen (IX) had the joy of traveling to Guatemala to celebrate a meaningful milestone with our partner, Mercado Global. Representing IX were our founder, Mayra Hernandez, along with board members Ana Hernandez and Alexandra Guzman. They came together to honor the completion of our Sigamos Aprendiendo workshops, a transformative series designed to cultivate inner work through five foundational elements: intention, body, mind, spirit, and gratitude.
For over two years, IX has partnered with Mercado Global to bring these practices not only to their dedicated staff but also to the artisans who are the heart of their mission. During this visit, we had the privilege of meeting some of these artisans, witnessing firsthand the intricate weaving techniques and collaborative spirit that bring Mercado Global’s textiles and bags to life. IX was honored to share small IX Crystals called “Seeds of Light”, with the 2024 participants of the Sigamos Aprendiendo workshops, offering a symbolic and energetic anchor to support their ongoing inner work. As part of our commitment to deepening this impact, we also provided a training session for Mercado Global’s facilitators, equipping them to deliver the IX workshops directly to the artisans and communities they serve.
What made this journey truly special was the deep connection to nature, community, and spirituality that permeates every aspect of their work. It reflects the essence of what IX seeks to cultivate, a life in conscious harmony where the body, mind, and spirit are aligned with purpose, presence, and inner wisdom.
This is not a one-time initiative, but an ongoing collaboration. IX will continue to integrate crystals into future workshops and is actively working with Mercado Global to explore meaningful ways to incentivize participation and measure progress, ensuring that the practices take root and evolve within the community.
Through IX’s partnerships and educational programs, we continue to share our mission to expand and accelerate conscious living. These workshops offer tools for emotional resilience, spiritual connection, and embodied presence, supporting individuals in navigating life’s challenges with grace and intention.
We are honored to walk alongside innovative and wholesome partners such as Mercado Global in this shared vision, and deeply grateful for the opportunity to contribute to a movement that uplifts not only communities but the collective spirit.

Seeds of Light – A Gift for Global Changemakers
At the Wellbeing Project’s Heart Summit in Ljubljana—a gathering of over 1,000 changemakers from 90 countries committed to personal and collective transformation—IX was honored to share IX Crystals – “Seeds of Light.”
The Wellbeing Project (WBP) is a global initiative that places inner wellbeing at the heart of social change. Their Hearth Summit brings together leaders, activists, and visionaries to explore how cultivating presence, resilience, and belonging can reshape our world.
A Journey of Seeds
This offering was not born in a single moment. Two years prior, IX began accompanying the WBP by gifting Seeds of Light to the entire WBP team. An act of planting and preparing the ground for what would later bloom at the Heart Summit. What began as a seed within the team has now expanded into a collective field, with 1,000 changemakers receiving these crystals as companions on their path.
Gaspar: The Dragon Egg in Ljubljana
At the center of this offering stands Gaspar, a dragon egg-shaped Jasper Crystal placed in the Sanctuary Space at Cankarjev Dom. Rooted in Slovenia’s mythology, the dragon is a symbol of courage, mystery, and transformation. Shaped like an egg, Gaspar embodies that mythic resonance—representing emergence, care, and the power to bridge the land’s ancient story with the deeper intentions of the Summit.
Gaspar’s story began as an intuitive act of love. IX’s Spiritual Advisor, Ana Hernández—known as the “Mother of Dragons”—gifted the Jasper egg to Aaron of the Wellbeing Project as a gesture of support. What began as a personal gift has become the inspiration for a collective offering, carrying the energy of holding space for what is new.
Seeds Across the Globe
Alongside Gaspar, IXIM offered Seeds of Light—High-Frequency Crystals gifted to every Summit participant. More than tokens of beauty, these Crystals are companions in awakening, quiet holders of memory, presence, and transformation.
To guide participants, IXIM shared the meaning, care, and intention of the Crystals directly in the Summit’s mobile app, ensuring that each changemaker could carry this gift as both inspiration and practice.
A Global Mission
This offering is part of IX mission to Accelerate Conscious Living by placing Crystals in spaces of healing, learning, and service. From intimate beginnings with the WBP team, to leadership gatherings like the Hearth Summit, IX brings Crystals where they are needed most—to support personal awakening and collective flourishing.
